School of Business of Uttara University Organized a Daylong Workshop on “How to be Professional” for the Student Ambassadors


School of Business of Uttara University, Bangladesh organized a daylong workshop on “How to be Professional” for the student ambassadors on 9 May 2018 Wednesday at the IQAC Seminar Hall of the university. The program was started at 3.00pm with the welcome speech delivered by Professor Dr. Nazrul Islam, Dean, School of Business, Uttara University. The workshop was facilitated by four senior faculty members of School of Business as Resource Persons. The first session on “Etiquette, Manner & Attire” was started at 3:30pm with the lecture of Dr. Md. Zamanur Rahman, Associate Professor of the School. Ms. Sonia Rezina, Assistant Professor of the school, conducted the second session on “How to Interact and Face Interview”. Professor Dr. ASM Shahabuddin delivered lecture on “Integrity and Ethics in Behavior” in the third session. The last speaker was Professor Dr. Nazrul Islam who spoke on the topic “Intelligence Quotient (IQ) and Emotional Intelligence (EI or EQ)” in the workshop. The moderators of Ambassador Program of School of Business Md. Sharif Hossain, Saida Sultana, and Mr. Zahidul Islam also attended the workshop. Md. Mahmudul Hasan, Associate Professor of the School delivered motivational speech to the Ambassadors at the closing session. Forty Student Ambassadors of School of Business attended the workshop. Ambassadors were given certificates by the participation of the Dean of School of Business (SoB), Chairman of Department of Business Administration, Mr. Md. Mahmudul Hasan, Mr. Md. Mohedul Islam, Mr. Md. Mohsan Khudri and the moderators of Ambassador Program of School of Business.
